1. Data Collection

At Nova Minds, we prioritize the sanctity of voice data. We collect voice inputs solely for the purpose of real-time processing and intent recognition. We do not store raw audio files unless explicitly opted-in for quality assurance purposes. All processing occurs in ephemeral containers.

2. Voice Biometrics & Anonymization

Our "Emotion Engine" analyzes prosody and tone to determine sentiment. This data is anonymized immediately upon ingestion. We strip all personally identifiable markers (PII) from the metadata before it enters our analytics pipeline.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent user voice data. Data is shared with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) only to the extent necessary to render our services, and under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Security Measures

We employ enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure undergoes quarterly penetration testing to ensure the highest standards of security.
